Teenagers need a minimum of 8 hours sleep every night for continuous growth & development of the human mind. However, due to school assignments, tests & other social activities, most teenagers find it difficult to complete the said cycle.

What happens when sleep cycles are not completed? It limits your ability to learn, concentrate and solve problems. They may even forget important information like names, numbers, and dates.
Apart from which, insufficient sleep is the number 1 cause of acne & pimples.

Parents and guardians need to instil strict bed-times specially amongst children aged between 13-18, as this will pave a path towards mental health for years to come.
